2. Listing Accuracy
Vehicle listings displayed on GreatValueCars.com are provided by third-party dealerships. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listing data (including price compliance with the $25,000 maximum), we do not independently verify:
- Vehicle condition, accident history, or odometer accuracy
- Title status or liens
- Current availability (vehicles may sell before listings are removed)
- Accuracy of photos, descriptions, or listed features
- Dealer licensing or reputation
Listings are provided "as is." We expressly disclaim any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information. Always verify vehicle details directly with the dealer before making purchasing decisions.
3. Lead Handling
When you submit a contact form or lead inquiry through GreatValueCars.com, you understand and agree that:
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number) will be shared with the dealer(s) associated with the listing you inquired about.
- The dealer may contact you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your inquiry and related inventory.
- GreatValueCars.com is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or communications of dealers after a lead is submitted.
- Lead submissions are subject to our Privacy Policy, including the TCPA consent language presented at submission.
4. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any defects will be corrected
- The site or server is free of viruses or other harmful components
- Search results or deal scores are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose
Deal scores and payment estimates are informational tools only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREATVALUECARS.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Any damages arising from your reliance on listing information
- Any damages arising from a vehicle transaction between you and a dealer
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GreatValueCars.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any vehicle transaction you enter into with a dealer.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest listings or user data without our prior written consent
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading lead inquiries
- Use the service to harass, spam, or contact dealers for any purpose other than genuine vehicle inquiries
- Attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent the service's security features
- Attempt to access any portion of the service not intended for public access
- Use automated tools to submit lead forms or interact with the site in a way that exceeds reasonable human usage
8. Intellectual Property
All content on GreatValueCars.com — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, deal score algorithms, and software — is the property of GreatValueCars.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Vehicle photos are provided by dealers and remain their property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The site may link to or embed third-party services including CARFAX vehicle history reports, lender rate tools, and map services. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and GreatValueCars.com individually, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 shall survive any termination.
